Idechi Amucheazi is currently the proposed Managing Director since December 2024.
He is a graduate of Petroleum Engineering in the Federal University of Nigeria, Owerri and started his career in 2002 with Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited in Trade Services, and had stints in Central Cash, Clearing, E-banking and then as the Regional Branch Operations Manager for Lagos Mainland and Western Nigeria.
He moved to Fast Credit Limited, as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Fintech and Innovation Officer from 2017 to 2023, had a brief stint with Letshego MFB as the Chief Digital Officer till 2024 and successfully implemented several critical digital transformation projects across the financial services industry in the past 10 years.
Idechi has an MBA with Obafemi Awolowo University and has attended several courses in Rome Business School and Oxford University, United Kingdom. He also has ACIB and Microfinance Certification with Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria- CIBN and is currently a member of FINTECHNGR as well as several IT related courses.
Idechi is an avid reader, lover of golf, and an innovative champion and is happily married with 3 children.

Ogunbunmi Idowu Olajide is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Enterprise Risk Management. He brings over a decade of multidisciplinary experience spanning banking, information technology, and regulatory compliance environments.
He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Master in Information Technology (MIT) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), where he also earned his B.Tech. in Computer Engineering. He is a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager.His strong academic foundation underpins his strategic approach to risk, governance, and compliance operations.
Idowu is committed to driving organizational resilience through robust risk frameworks, data-driven compliance strategies, and continuous improvement practices. With a passion for aligning risk management with business goals, he adds value by minimizing exposure while enhancing operational effectiveness.
